Order Updates

For order updates, please include your order number when contacting us.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 working days, and sometimes sooner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with the latest update.

Please check your spam or junk folder in case the email has landed there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can provide real time information on whether your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can guide you through the return process.

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to change the delivery address.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at the same time, they may be shipped separately because products can be dispatched from different warehouses.

You may receive one item before the others. Please do not worry if everything does not arrive together. The remaining items should still be on their way.

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?

We always try our best to help with order changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change it.

My order is still not here, please help?

If your order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

We offer support for delayed orders and may provide a resend or money back guarantee where applicable.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email?

There is a good chance that our confirmation email may have ended up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there first.

If you still cannot find it and would like it resent, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

Tracking details are usually provided once your order has been dispatched. When you receive your dispatch email, you can contact us for an update on your tracking information.

Please allow a little time for tracking details to update after your order has shipped.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments.

If your card was declined, please do not worry. Simply contact us and we will advise you on the next steps.

Do you sell products for both dogs and cats?

Yes. Pet Voltix offers products for both dogs and cats, including beds, feeding essentials, grooming tools, toys, training products, travel accessories, and outdoor essentials.

How do I choose the right size?

For wearable products such as collars, harnesses, vests, shoes, and raincoats, please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

We recommend measuring your pet carefully and choosing the size that best matches their measurements for a comfortable fit.
